A-OG/ 1.2.- (X) Payment Failure

Payment not completed

Your payment didn’t go through

No need to worry — your card hasn’t been charged. This usually just means the payment was cancelled, or your bank didn’t approve it this time. You can try again in a moment.

Nothing has been taken from your account.

Let’s try that again

Head back to the secure checkout and complete your payment. If one card doesn’t work, another usually will.

Why payments sometimes fail

  • A typo in the card details — double-check the number, expiry date and security code.
  • Your bank held the payment — online or overseas charges are sometimes paused; approving it in your banking app usually clears it.
  • Funds or card type — not enough available balance, or the card isn’t enabled for online or AUD payments.
